Session
Session cookies
They let you use essential functions — for example remembering a repeated form field within a single session. They are not stored on your device and are deleted when the browser session ends.
Cookies
Small text files that help the site recognise you on later visits. Below — what they contain, why we use them and how to manage them from your browser.
§ 01 — What they are
A “cookie” is a very small file containing data, stored in the web browser on your computer when particular web pages are visited. On its own it neither contains nor collects information, except when it is read by a server through a web browser.
It can supply information in order to provide a more convenient service — by recording your preferences, identifying errors and/or gathering data for statistical purposes. A cookie will not harm your computer, and no personal data is stored as a result of using the site.
Making full use of our website requires cookies to be installed. If you choose to disable any of them you will most likely still be able to browse, but certain functions may turn out to be unavailable.
This information is summarised as part of our effort to comply with statutory requirements and to be open, honest and clear about the privacy of our users’ data.
§ 02 — Types
Session
They let you use essential functions — for example remembering a repeated form field within a single session. They are not stored on your device and are deleted when the browser session ends.
Persistent
They allow us to recognise returning anonymous visitors — which pages you viewed and which options you chose. This helps us improve the site and fix errors.
Third-party
When you open a page with embedded content — from Facebook or YouTube, for example — those sites may send you cookies of their own. We do not control how they are generated.
To analyse how the page is used, how visitors interact with it and which browsing routes they take, we use Google Analytics. We do not record any personal information as part of this process.
In most web browsers, cookie installation is switched on automatically. By changing the default settings you can decide whether, and to what extent, to allow cookies access to your device.
The necessary cookies that provide the site’s core functions are always loaded. Analytics tools (Google Analytics, for example) only write cookies if you give consent through the banner on your first visit, where you can choose “Accept all” or “Essential only”. Until consent is given, these tools run in anonymous mode without storing cookies. You can change your choice at any time using the button below.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings — restricting their access or removing cookies already saved. Please note that restricting some cookies may disable certain functions of the site.
§ 03 — Managing
If you use a different browser or another version — search for “cookies” in your application’s settings.
